Warranty
GRATO PHILIPPINES INC.. offers a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for all new machines purchased directly from us, if they are found by us to be defective under normal use. If making a warranty claim, you must Contact Us so that we can instruct you on what to do next. Transit & shipping costs are to be paid by the customer unless the items are found to be "Dead On Arrival" (DOA) in which case GRATO PHILIPPINES INC.. will provide instructions when providing returning the item. Additionally, any & all legal consumer rights under the PCL law are available to customers and take precedence over any information our Terms & Conditions may suggest.
As a seller, we are responsible for ensuring that the goods delivered during are without any defects. If the product's defects are caused by either testing, incorrect installation or improper use, the warranty is likely to be void.
Refunds
Subject to the PCL, all orders placed are final, and no refunds will be given unless they are available under the PCL. We will honour warranty terms as outlined above. Shipping Information
We generally ship items by a courier service from our warehouse. Delivery generally takes 1 - 7 business days, however we are not liable for delays outside of our control. Subject to your legal rights under the PCL, Postage and handling fees are non-refundable in the event of warranty or satisfaction guarantee claims, however postage will be paid by GRATO PHILIPPINES INC.. in the event that goods are received dead on arrival (DOA) as determined by GRATO PHILIPPINES INC..
